Sake Description:
Hokuriku area No.1 sake brewery Tateyama. A fragrance of apple or nashi pear, which comes from Gohyakumangoku rice, is just enough to attract your nose and gives you a fresh appeal of Junmai Ginjo. Once you sip it, it is full of sweetness & umami of Yamadanishiki rice, that coat your tongue softly. It won't take even a second till you see how well made this beautiful Junmai Ginjo is. It's rich but not too much and the quality very steady. And of course, it has a nice dry sharp finish as a classic Tateyama sake. It matches well with most of Japanese dishes ranging from Sushi, Sashimi to Oden or Tempura. Absolutely one of the must-try sake.
