Sake description :
Made with 100% Yamada Nishiki rice, 40% rice malt and 55% unfiltered raw. In addition to the fruity scent of pear and mango, the rich scent of vanilla spreads. It is a sake that allows you to feel the original flavour of rice. Because it is a sake with a mellow flavour, it can be paired with various dishes as an accompaniment sake. It has a sake degree of +5, which is low for karakuchi, but it has a firmness due to acidity.

山田錦100%を使用した精米 麹 40%、掛米55%の無濾過生詰めです。洋ナシやマンゴーのような果実感のある香りに加え、バニラの濃厚な香りが広がります。米本来のしっかりとした旨味が感じられるお酒です。まろやかな旨味のお酒ですので、食中酒としていろいろなお料理に合わせて頂けます。日本酒度+5とカラクチとしては低いですが、酸により締まりを持たせた酒質にしています。
