"MIYOSHI HANA" is scheduled to release 5 types over 5 years, and this is the third  release. Based on the sake that was prepared in 2023, it is a series that blends the sake made in that year every year. By blending different sake every year, we would like to express a richer world of sake.

This time, we are blending 2020 Junmai Daiginjo and 2023 Junmai Daiginjo. The complexity and richness of aging are mixed in a beautiful mouthfeel, creating a new realm. It shows off a new Miyoshi style using the expression method "Aisaki Jozo" that was used in the original Japanese sake brewing.

「MIYOSHI HANA」は5年に渡って5種のリリースを予定しており、今回はその第一弾です。2023年に仕込んだ日本酒をベースに、毎年その年に造った酒をブレンドして仕上げるシリーズです。1年ごとに違う日本酒をブレンドすることにより、より豊かな日本酒の世界を表現したいと考えております。

今回は2020年の純米大吟醸と、2023年の純米大吟醸をブレンド。綺麗な飲み口の中に複雑さや熟成のコクが混ざり合い新たな境地を生み出しております。本来の日本酒造りで行われていた”合咲醸造”という表現方法で新たな三好スタイルを魅せてくれます。
